— Team Canada wheelchair basketball team veteran Joey Johnson of Lorette has once again been selected to represent Canada at the 2011 Parapan American Games Nov. 12-20, in Guadalajara, Mexico.

Of the 12 selected, Johnson is among 10 who were members of the team that won a silver medal at the 2008 Paralympics in Beijing.

The Parapan American Games double as Canada’s opportunity to qualify for the 2012 London Paralympics, where the team will be shooting for a fourth consecutive podium finish.
