THE QB

No. 13 Anthony Calvillo: Calvillo is enjoying his 16th CFL season and moving up the charts in a number of categories. He’s now second in career yards with 63,017, behind Damon Allen’s 72,381. He’s second in ca­reer touchdown passes with 352, just behind Allen’s 394.

He’s second in career comple­tions with 4,633 behind Allen’s 5,158. With 4,334 passing yards to date this season, he is closing in on his sixth 5,000-yard passing season.

Anthony Calvillo

Quick take: Calvillo injured a calf muscle in last Sunday’s win over the Hamilton Tiger-Cats and saw limited work this week in practice. How much he plays remains to be seen.

OFFENSIVE WEAPONRY

No. 6 Avon Cobourne, RB: One of the league’s best and most versatile backs.

Cobourne has 1,115 yards rushing with 12 TDs and 50 catches for 390 yards and two TDs.

No. 18 Jamel Richardson, WR: One of the league’s best with 74 catches and 962 yards and nine TDs. Big and flashy, he catches the ball in a crowd and then can make people miss after the grab.

DEFENSIVE STOPPERS

No. 11 Chip Cox, LB: A converted DB that gets to the ball with speed and smarts. Leads the Als in tackles with 76 and tackles for a loss with five. Loves to make the opponent pay for a mistake and has returned two fumble recoveries for touchdowns this season.

No. 7 John Bowman, DE: Leads Mont­real with 10 sacks and is a consistent defender with run-stopping discipline as well as a burst to the quarterback.

THE SPECIALISTS

No. 15 Damon Duval, K: Veteran kicker leads the league with 186 points. Has hit on 39 of 47 field goal attempts with a long of 53 yards.

No. 25 Larry Taylor, KR : One of the league’s most consistent returners and flashy to boot. Has 37 kickoff returns for 750 yards and 79 punt returns for 663 yards and two touchdowns.
