MONTREAL ALOUETTES (9-3) at CALGARY STAMPEDERS (9-3)

When: Tonight, 8 p.m. TV: TSN

Vegas line: Calgary by 3

Alouettes line: After missing two games with a bruised sternum, QB Anthony Calvillo has reinserted himself into all MVP talk. He has 22 TD passes and only four interceptions, while completing over 68 per cent of his passes. DE John Bowman leads the league with four forced fumbles and is second with nine sacks. A win here should wrap up the East Division for the Als.

Stamps line: Some panic in Cowtown thanks to two straight losses. Calgary still is impressive at McMahon Stadium, though, holding a 5-1 record and allowing just 105 points against. QB Henry Burris leads the CFL with 24 TD passes. SB Nik Lewis is expected back for this one.

SASKATCHEWAN ROUGHRIDERS (8-4) at TORONTO ARGONAUTS (6-6)

When: Saturday, 2 p.m. TV: TSN

Vegas line: Saskatchewan by 4

Roughriders line: QB Darian Durant, the offensive player of the month for September, has thrown for 3,861 yards already. His 16 picks are a league-high, though. RB Wes Cates has 14 TDs — no other Saskatchewan player has more than five. The Riders are 2-4 on the road.

Argos line: QB Dalton Bell, a former Riders back-up, gets the start over the injured Cleo Lemon. RB Cory Boyd is back for this one. He’s missed the last two with a concussion. The Argos are 4-2 at Rogers Centre. KR Chad Owens might be the CFL’s most exciting player.

WINNIPEG BLUE BOMBERS (3-9) at B.C. LIONS (4-8)

When: Saturday, 9 p.m. TV: TSN. Radio: CJOB

Vegas line: B.C. by 4.5

Bombers line: QB Steven Jyles has 14 TD passes against just four interceptions. DE Phillip Hunt leads the CFL with 11 sacks. DE Odell Willis has seven sacks and three forced fumbles. DB Jonathan Hefney returns after his NFL journey. The Bombers have lost six of their last seven.

Lions line: Another backup QB gets the call — Travis Lulay. He’s come into a handful of games this season. The Lions struggle in the red zone; note the 32 field goals this season. The O-line is porous, allowing a CFL-high 40 sacks.

HAMILTON TIGER-CATS (6-6) at EDMONTON ESKIMOS (3-9)

When: Sunday, 3:30 p.m. TV: TSN.

Vegas line: Hamilton by 1

Ticats line: Coming off a close loss to the Riders last weekend. Both SB Arland Bruce III and RB DeAndra Cobb lead the team with six TDs each. Bruce is the only pass catcher to be above the 1,000-yard mark (1,037). Hamilton is 3-3 on the road. QB Kevin Glenn has 20 TD passes.

Eskimos line: The Eskimos pounded the Argos last week. QB Ricky Ray has some terrible numbers when matched up against other starters: 2,600 yards passing (6th); seven TD passes (8th); and 13 interceptions (4th).
