With a win this Friday in Hamilton, the Bombers can clinch a playoff spot for the first time in three seasons.

A victory would improve the Bombers season record to 9-5. That would put the Bombers out of reach of the East Division cellar dwelling Toronto Argonauts (3-10) and also would preclude them being bumped out of a playoff spot in a crossover by the West Division cellar dwelling Saskatchewan Roughriders (4-9).

Here’s a Play for Ya

Bombers head coach Paul LaPolice was asked if he’d cast his vote yet on the Hamilton Tiger-Cats website, where fans this week can choose the Ticats first passing play and first rushing play against Winnipeg on Friday from a list of options.

“My vote would be an interception for a touchdown,” joked LaPolice. “Let’s everybody in Winnipeg call in.”
