OFFENCE Bombers QB Max Hall continues to show steady improvement as he gets more and more comfortable with the CFL game and offensive co-ordinator Marcel Bellefeuille's offence. Hall completed 17 of 32 attempts for 257 yards and didn't turn the ball over, but he left the game late in the fourth quarter after taking a hard hit from Marcus Ball.

Hall completed 17 of 32 attempts for 257 yards and didn’t turn the ball over, but he left the game late in the fourth quarter after taking a hard hit from Marcus Ball.

DEFENCE

The Bombers defence got shredded by Argos QB Ricky Ray in record-breaking fashion, but DB Demond Washington was at least involved, registering nine tackles and forcing a fumble by Argos receiver Jason Barnes on the Winnipeg four-yard line.

SPECIAL TEAMS

Bombers placekicker Sandro DeAngelis has been shaky at times down the stretch this season, but he did everything asked of him on this night — hitting on both his field-goal attempts, including a season-long of 47 yards.

CRITICAL NUMBERS

100 Bombers offensive tackle Glenn January made his 100th CFL start Thursday night.

21-of-22 Argos QB Ricky Ray was as close to perfect in the first half as you could get without actually pulling it off, misfiring just once in the first two quarters.

330 For the third consecutive week, the Bombers eclipsed the 300-yard plateau on offence, something they’d failed to do for seven straight weeks leading up to the current streak.
