Hey there, time traveller!

NOTABLE
The Bombers have made three changes to their 46-man roster, adding DB Bruce Johnson, RB/KR Sam McGuffie and OL Gord Hinse. Coming off are DB/KR Troy Stoudemire; LB Abe Kromah and OL Dan Knapp. The club also announced Stoudermire, P Mike Renaud, and LB Mike Cornell have all been placed on the six-game injured list, but that is as much a salary cap move as anything. The club can pull a player off the injured list before the six-game stint is done.
BACK IN THE CAPITAL
This is the first visit by the Bombers to Ottawa since a 37-21 victory over the defunct Renegades by on Sept. 16, 2005.
YAWN: There were just six offensive TDs and 94 points scored in the four CFL games last week, making it the lowest scoring CFL Week since August 1974. It is also the first time since 1966 four consecutive CFL games had 27 points or less.
MILESTONE WATCH
Ottawa QB Henry Burris needs just one TD pass to move past Ron Lancaster into sole possession of third place on the CFL’s all-time list. Lancaster and Burris are tied at 333; Anthony Calvillo is first at 455, followed by Damon Allen at 394… This will be the 100th game in Romby Bryant’s CFL career.
NUMBERS GAME
37 — The number of drops by Redblacks receivers in 12 games this year.
0 — TD passes at home thrown by Ottawa QB Henry Burris.
4 — Number of TDs scored by the Redblacks at TD Place this season.
3/0 — Home games this year in which the Ottawa defence has not allowed a touchdown — and they have lost all three.
5-2 — The Bombers record against East Division.
10 — Winnipeg has allowed only 10 first-quarter points in the last nine games.
11-29 — The Bombers’ record (a .275 winning percentage) in the second half of the last five seasons, including 0-3 in 2014.
-10 — The Bombers are minus 10 in the turnover ratio (forcing 22, giving away 32) which ranks last in the CFL.
QUOTABLE
Burris on the Redblacks’ nine-game losing streak: “This has been a first. I’ve seen other teams go through it and I was like, ‘Man, I feel for those guys. I’ll never go through that…’ Well, here we are.”
NOTABLE
Burris is 16-10 all-time vs. Winnipeg but 0-2 in games against Drew Willy… Ottawa’s nine-game losing streak is three longer than the three six-game skids the Renegades suffered through in their existence and matches the longest stretch of futility in these parts since a nine-game stretch from August to October 1995… Drew Willy leads the CFL in passing at 3,280 yards. The last Bomber QB to lead the CFL in passing was Kevin Glenn in 2007 (5,114 yards).
