About the Jets

Season hanging in the balance as they complete this three-game road trip… This is the second-last of two-games-in-two-night scenarios for the Jets this season — the other comes next Friday-Saturday in Raleigh and Tampa. Winnipeg is 1-10 in the second game of back-to-backs… Jets return home after this for two games vs. Ottawa and the Rangers, then head out again for four straight before winding up the regular season schedule at home to Tampa.

About the Predators

Have dropped their last two games, including a 5-1 decision to Pittsburgh on Thursday… A solid 23-9-5 at home… Alexander Radulov returned from his stint in the KHL for his first game against the Pens and scored his first goal while registering 15:54 in ice time… Mike Fisher leads the Preds with seven game-winning goals and has 23 this season… Nashville has the No. 1 power play in the NHL… Martin Erat might just be one of the league’s most underrated player: he leads Nashville with 57 points in 66 games.
