3″Ø”Ø BUFF STUFF:

Jets blue-liner Dustin Byfuglien is always in on the action at both ends of the ice. On Friday night, he was on for five goals. Three against and two for the Jets. Byfuglien is Winnipeg’s biggest minutes man and the extra work often results in mistakes.

үӯ PAVS BOILS OVER:

Jets goalie Ondrej Pavelec was chased in the first period after allowing three goals on six shots. That’s nine goals against in two games and he was furious as he left the ice. First smashing his stick against the board and then finishing the job as he made his way down the tunnel. Pavelec then spent the remainder of the period in the dressing room and did not return to the bench until the start of the second.

үӯ UP NEXT:

The Jets take on Colorado in Denver on Sunday at 7 p.m. (TSN Jets/TSN 1290).
