ST. JOHN, N.B. – Quinn Kennedy and Shawn Carrier scored third-period goals to earn the Halifax Mooseheads a 5-3 win over the Saint John Sea Dogs in Quebec Maritimes Junior Hockey League action Friday night.
Carrier had three goals in the game for Halifax while Antoine Fontaine had the other. Jacob Steinman stopped 19 shots.
Ben Cross scored twice for Saint John. Matthew MacLean had the other goal while Eric Young made 30 saves.

DRUMMONDVILLE — Simon-Pier Brunet’s goal at 2:53 of overtime earned the Voltigeurs the victory. William Dumont scored twice in regulation for the winners.
Yoan Loshing, Jordan Forget, Kody Dupuis and Matvei Gridin scored for the Cataractes.

ROUYN-NORANDA — Eliot Ogonowski had three goals to lead the Huskies to their victory Ty Higgins added a goal and an assist for the winners.
