Man charged with manslaughter in slaying near Ebb and Flow First Nation

A man arrested earlier this week for a fatal shooting near Ebb and Flow First Nation has been charged with manslaughter.
RCMP said Wednesday that the homicide was “a targeted incident.”
Cyril St. Paul, 53, was arrested at a home in the community after an injured 34-year-old man was found lying beside a truck on Highway 278 on Sunday morning.
The victim died from his injuries after being taken to hospital in Dauphin.
