The Blue Bombers are now 2-9 on the season after suffering a 25-7 loss to the 2-9 Edmonton Eskimos.
The Eskimos broke out to a 24-3 lead at halftime on the strength of three Mike Reilly touchdown passes.
Winnipeg’s offence got very little done as Justin Goltz went 5 of 10 for 54 yards with an interception and a fumble in the first half resulting in the end of his night.

Head coach Tim Burke sent Max Hall into the game for the second half and he wasn’t able to manufacture much more.
The two teams meet again this Friday night in Winnipeg.
