Hey there, time traveller!
This article was published 29/10/2011 (5080 days ago), so information in it may no longer be current.
TAMPA — If Thursday’s 9-8 win over the Philadelphia Flyers was your kind of hockey game there are indicators you may get more of the same tonight.
The Jets (3-5-1) take on the Tampa Bay Lightning (4-4-2) and both teams will be starting goalies with bloated goals-against averages.
In net for Winnipeg will be Ondrej Pavelec with his 4.19 GAA while veteran Dwayne Roloson will put his 4.54 GAA on the line for the Bolts.

The Jets will not have backup Chris Mason (groin) at their disposal and have recalled Peter Mannino from St. John’s.
Winnipeg also saw forward Brett MacLean claimed off waivers by the Phoenix Coyotes.
The Jets will move on to Miami after the game for a match with the Florida Panthers on Monday night.
The Lightning feature loads of offence with Steven Stamkos, Vincent Lecavalier and Marty St. Louis in the lineup.
Tampa has won 11 consecutive games against the Jets/Thrashers franchise and is 6-0-0 at home in the series.
Winnipeg has won two of its last three games while the Bolts have been winners in three of their last four matches.

Lightning forward Steven Stamkos has five goals in his last four games while Winnipeg’s Alexander Burmistrov has a six-game point streak tied for the league lead with Anaheim’s Corey Perry.
In 66 games against the Jets/Thrashers franchise Lecavalier has 30 goals and 36 assists while St. Louis has 22 goals and 48 assists in 62 matches.
Game time is 6 p.m. (CBC – TV, TSN 1290 – radio).
