The Winnipeg Jets scored three goals in the first and another three in the third period to edge the Columbus Blue Jackets 6-4 at the MTS Centre Thursday night.

Mathieu Perreault led the way for the homeside with a four-point night, collecting a goal and three assists in the win. Mark Scheifele, Adam Lowry, Dustin Byfuglien, Drew Stafford and Blake Wheeler also scored for the Jets who improved to 14-13-2.

Boone Jenner, Scott Hartnell, and Cam Atkinson with two, scored for the Jackets, who with the loss fall to 11-17-2 this season.

Jets goalie Connor Hellebuyck made 25 saves to remain a perfect 4-0 this year. Curtis McElhinney made 28 saves in the loss to fall to 0-5-1 on the year.
