The Chicago Blackhawks were 15-9-4 and alone in third in the Central Division heading into their game in Nashville Thursday night against the Predators.

Although tonight represents the seventh time this season the Jets have played games on back-to-back nights — Winnipeg Jets played Columbus at the MTS Centre Thursday — this is the first time this season Winnipeg’s opponent also played the night before.

The Blackhawks beat the Jets 3-1 at United Centre last Sunday.
