Hey there, time traveller!

Blue Bombers’ Brady Oliveira (Darryl Dyck / The Canadian Press files)
Winnipeg Blue Bombers running back Brady Oliveira has been named the West Division’s Most Outstanding Player and Most Outstanding Canadian.
The 26-year-old Winnipegger picked up the division MOP nod over quarterback Vernon Adams Jr. (B.C.), quarterback Tre Ford (Edmonton), receiver Reggie Begelton (Calgary), and linebacker Larry Dean (Saskatchewan). Oliveira will now go head-to-head with Toronto Argonauts pivot Chad Kelly for the CFL’s MOP honour.
For the top Canadian in the West, Oliveira earned more votes than defensive end Mathieu Betts (B.C.), quarterback Tre Ford (Edmonton), linebacker Cameron Judge (Calgary), and receiver Samuel Emilus (Saskatchewan). He’ll go up against Montreal Alouettes safety Marc-Antoine Dequoy, the East Division nominee.
The CFL award winners will be announced Nov. 16 during Grey Cup week in Hamilton.
Oliveira leads the league in rushing yards (1,534), yards from scrimmage (2,016) and touchdowns (13) while helping the Bombers to a first-place finish in the West with a 14-4 record.
He’s the first Bombers running back to be named a division MOP since Charles Roberts in 2006.
Blue Bombers’ Jermarcus Hardrick (centre) (John Woods / The Canadian Press files)
Hardrick for Most Outstanding Offensive Lineman
Right tackle Jermarcus Hardrick is the West Division’s nominee for the CFL Most Outstanding Offensive Lineman award. The Bombers have had an offensive lineman represent the West in this category for the past six year as left tackle Stanley Bryant was the division’s top lineman the previous five seasons, winning the league-wide trophy four times.
The nine-year CFL vet’s blocking helped Winnipeg’s offence lead the league in points (33.0), net offence (414.7 yards per game), and rushing yards (139.1 per game). The Bombers have surrendered 33 sacks which is tied with Calgary for the second fewest in the CFL.
Argos offensive lineman Dejon Allen will represent the East.
Blue Bombers head coach Mike O’Shea (Jessica Lee / Winnipeg Free Press files)
O’Shea named top West coach again
Bombers head coach Mike O’Shea will look to win his third consecutive CFL coach-of-the-year award as he has once again been named the best in the West. O’Shea has guided the Blue and Gold to their third consecutive West Division regular-season crown. The Bombers are 96-62 since O’Shea took the reins in 2014. He’s second in career wins in franchise history behind Bud Grant (102).
Toronto head coach Ryan Dinwiddie, who led the Argos to a 16-2 record, is the East Division nominee.
