A manslaughter charge against a man for a fatal shooting near Ebb and Flow First Nation has been upgraded to second-degree murder.
RCMP said in December that the homicide was “a targeted incident.”
Cyril St. Paul was arrested at a home in the community after an injured 34-year-old man was found lying beside a truck on Highway 278 on Dec. 15. St. Paul was 53 at the time of his arrest.
RCMP asked anyone with information that might help the investigation to call the Ste. Rose du Lac detachment at 204-447-3082.
