Gates open at 5:30 p.m. with Gate 4 — a field-access only gate — opening at 5:15 p.m. The field is general admission.

The inner ring of the stage holds 2,000 general admission fans on a first-come, first-served basis.

Camping and overnight lines are not allowed.

Opening act, the Fray, starts at 7 p.m.

Ticket holders should enter the gates noted on each ticket. Will Call tickets must be picked up from the North Ticketmaster box office. VIP tickets and packages are at the south stadium box office. Tickets can be picked up with a credit card and photo ID.

The north box office will open at 10 a.m. on Sunday. Red zone patrons are required to pick up their tickets at the south box office starting at 10 a.m. and enter through Gate 7 or the volunteer gate.

A thorough security pat-down will take place at all entry gates and once a patron is in the stadium there is no re-entry.

Items not allowed into the stadium include professional cameras, audio and video recorders, coolers, bottles, cans, alcohol, umbrellas, banners, Frisbees, pets (with the exception of working animals, i.e. guide dogs), weapons, food, glass, chairs and laser pointers.

Guest services personal will be wear­ing blue aprons with a large question mark (?) on them. The Canad Inns Stadium Help Line is 788-HELP (4357) or text 784247, code word “Bombers.”

There will be no on-site parking at the stadium on the day of the event with the exception of handicap parking accessible from St. James Street or St. Matthews Avenue. St. Matthews is being turned into a transit corridor following the concert and will be closed between Empress and St. James Streets. Maroons Road will be closed from St. James Street to Cactus Jack Place. A special drop off zone will be set up on Maroons Road and Empress Street.

Winnipeg Transit will run a special stadium shuttle downtown from Portage Avenue and Garry Street with buses leaving every five minutes beginning at 5:30 p.m. There are eight different suburban service routes running every 15 minutes, along with several park-and-ride locations. Call Transit at 287-RIDE (7433) or check out winnipegtransit.com for schedule information. All buses depart from St. Matthews Avenue, north of the stadium, following the concert.

Extra bike racks are being made avail­able throughout the site.

The show will go on rain or shine, but umbrellas are not permitted, so bring a rain jacket. At press time Environment Canada is calling for a mix of sun and clouds with a high of 15 C.
