ALMA MATER: Georgia

COLLEGE CREDENTIALS: Put together over 3,000 yards and 30 touchdowns on 204 career receptions with the Bulldogs, setting team marks in all three categories.

CFL RESUMé: Came to Canada via Toronto, but the Argos released him prior to the 2005 season…Played two games with Montreal that year and nine more with the Als in 2006…Signed on with the Bombers for the 2007 season, and caught 80 balls for 1,280 yards and nine TDs…Eclipsed the 1,000-yard mark in 2008…Had 816 yards and five TD catches in 2009.

FAVOURITE TV SHOW: Criminal Minds.

ON THE iPOD: Right now, it’s T.I. and Lil Wayne.

CURRENT VEHICLES: I have a Chrysler 300 and a Denali back home. I drive a Charger here.

FAVOURITE MOVIES: The first Friday movie, The Last Dragon, and Rush Hour.

LAST MOVIE YOU SAW: The one with Cameron Diaz and Tom Cruise… he was a spy — Knight and Day.

THUMBS UP OR THUMBS DOWN? I liked it, I guess.

TALENT YOU’D MOST LIKE TO HAVE: I wish I could sing. Either singing or playing an instrument — like a saxophone or something like that. I think that’d be a great way to get girls (laughs).

THREE THINGS ON YOUR BUCKET LIST: To be honest, I just want to educate and help kids when I’m done football. I’d like to coach. I think I have a lot to offer, a lot of wisdom.

HERO IN YOUR LIFE: My older brother Robert. Just for what he’s been through in his life, his injuries, and how he kept his faith throughout everything. Strong man, my brother.

WHAT DO YOU EAT BEFORE A GAME? Six-inch sub from Subway. Ham and cheese, before every home game.

THREE PEOPLE TO ROUND OUT YOUR GOLF FOURSOME: President Obama, Michael Jordan, Tiger Woods, and Charles Barkley. Wait…can I pick four?

FAVOURITE TEAM GROWING UP, ANY SPORT: I really didn’t have a favourite team growing up, I had players I liked. Michael Jordan, of course, and Dominique Wilkins. I’m a big basketball guy.

MOST FAMOUS PERSON IN YOUR CELLPHONE: It used to be Michael Vick. Hmm… Hines Ward.

BEST MOMENT AS A PRO: Making it to the Grey Cup. Didn’t win it, but getting there was nice. I’d like to do that again.

IT’S BEEN HOT THIS WEEK, AND YOU’VE PLAYED HERE WHEN IT’S COLD. WHICH DO YOU PREFER? I’d rather it be hot than cold. I’m from Georgia — the cold gets to me sometimes.

BEST PERK ABOUT BEING A BOMBER IN WINNIPEG: Everyone knows who you are. It’s the biggest game in town, and the fans love the Bombers. There’s a lot of pride in this team and I’m just honoured to be a part of it.

THE BEST PLAYER IN THE CFL: (Montreal QB) Anthony Calvillo. I played with him and man, he’s still getting it done. He’s smart out there.

MOST UNDERRATED PLAYER ON THE BOMBERS: I’m going to say Adarius Bowman. People get on him once in a while and he takes a lot of criticism, but he does a lot of things you don’t see. He blocks well down field and he’s a good team guy.

IT’S ’70s RETRO NIGHT TONIGHT — WHAT’S THE GREATEST THING TO COME OUT OF THE 70s? I was born in ’79, so I’m going to say me.

FINALLY, WHAT DO YOU LOVE ABOUT THE CFL: The passing. I love being a receiver in this league.
